Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility
Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened, temperature-sensitive, sanitary, special-order, downloadable, and gift-card items are final sale unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items within seven days of delivery. Include the order number, a description, and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible or through another agreed method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless BioPharma made the fulfillment error. Return-shipping instructions will be provided after approval; do not send a return without authorization.
